Step-by-Step Verification
- Navigate to the Passport App and connect your wallet.
- Select the Phone Verification Stamp.
- You will be redirected to Human ID for phone verification.
- Enter your phone number.
- Receive and enter the OTP (one-time password) sent via SMS, WhatsApp, or Viber.

- The stamp will be added to your Passport.
OTP Delivery Methods
You can receive the one-time password through any of the following channels:
- SMS — Standard text message
- WhatsApp — Via WhatsApp messaging
- Viber — Via Viber messaging
Important Notes
- Real phone numbers only — Virtual phone numbers, burner phones, and VoIP numbers are not accepted. The system detects and rejects these.
- One phone per Passport — Each phone number can only be linked to one Passport.
- SBT is non-transferable — The Soulbound Token minted during verification cannot be transferred to another wallet.
Supported Networks
While the SBT is minted on Optimism, the stamp is recognized across:
- Ethereum
- Optimism
- Base
- Aurora
- Avalanche
- Fantom
Troubleshooting
- OTP not received — Try a different delivery method (SMS, WhatsApp, or Viber). Check that your phone number is correct and can receive messages.
- Number rejected — Virtual and burner numbers are blocked. Use a real mobile phone number.
- SBT not appearing — The minting transaction may take a few minutes on Optimism. Check the transaction status on the Optimism block explorer.
