Why Am I Receiving Zero Points for a Verified Stamp?

If you are receiving zero points for a Stamp that shows as verified, the most likely cause is that the same Stamp has been claimed across multiple wallets.

How It Happens

When the same account or credential is verified on more than one wallet, only one wallet receives the points. The second or third wallet will show the Stamp as verified but with zero points.

Which Wallet Gets the Points?

The first wallet that submits the Stamp to a partner application receives the points. Subsequent wallets claiming the same credential will show zero.

How to Resolve

Wait 90 days for the Stamp to expire on the original wallet. After expiration, the credential becomes available for your current wallet to claim the full point value.
