Score Discrepancy Between Passport App and Partner Site
If your score on a partner site does not match what you see in the Passport app, there are two common causes:
1. Stamp Deduplication Across Wallets
If you have verified the same Stamp on multiple wallets, deduplication may cause one wallet to receive zero points for that Stamp. The partner site and the Passport app may resolve this differently depending on which wallet was submitted first.
2. Custom Partner Dashboards
Partners can create custom dashboards with different Stamp weights than the default Passport scoring model. A Stamp that is worth a certain number of points on the main app may be weighted differently — or not included at all — on a partner’s custom dashboard.
If you notice a discrepancy, check whether the partner uses a custom scoring model and review which Stamps they include.
