Requirements
- An ENS domain registered on Ethereum Mainnet
- The ENS domain must be set as your primary name (reverse record)
- The domain must use default ENS resolvers
- Subdomains are not eligible for this stamp
Step-by-Step Verification
- Ensure your ENS domain is set as your primary name in the ENS app.
- Navigate to the Passport App and connect the wallet that owns the ENS domain.
- Select the ENS Stamp.
- The system will automatically detect your primary ENS name.
- Sign a message to confirm wallet ownership.
- The stamp will be added to your Passport.
Important Notes
- Primary name required — Simply owning an ENS domain is not enough. You must set it as your primary name (reverse resolution) so that your wallet address resolves to the ENS name.
- Subdomains not eligible — Only top-level ENS domains (e.g.,
yourname.eth) qualify. Subdomains (e.g.,sub.yourname.eth) are not accepted. - Default resolvers only — Custom resolvers are not supported. Your ENS domain must use the default ENS public resolver.
Troubleshooting
- ENS not detected — Verify that your ENS domain is set as the primary name for the connected wallet at app.ens.domains .
- Subdomain rejected — Only top-level
.ethdomains are eligible. - Custom resolver error — Switch your ENS domain back to the default resolver in the ENS app.
